today, i had to go to the doctor, so i FINALLY got to use some scales. and according to the scales, i’ve lost 4 pounds! i’m not really sure how accurate they were because it was those shitty home scales & they were on carpet, but it’s still exciting. (: i will probably buy myself scales as soon as i get some extra money which is hopefully in the next couple of weeks, so what kind do you guys recommend?
I already finished this last sunday. It’s kinda effective though, I really lost some weight but for me, it’s not really a big deal for now. I always check my waist and yeah but I want to know my weight. T_T
i think this is what i’ll start with today before i start on jillian michaels’ stuff. she scares me! i may add in running of a morning or evening once i can find a good running course around my house.

highest weight: 142 lbs.
goal weight: whenever i like the way i look & feel!
it’s saturday, so i’m going to detox the rest of the weekend and then, i’m going to start my work out & actual dieting monday.
right now, i’m 5’0” and i weigh approx. 140 pounds. i’m not giving myself an actual weight goal because for me, this is just about looking healthy (and good of course) and feeling better physically and just about myself in general.
i decided to make a blog because i feel like it’ll give me more of a reason to stick to it!
