i feel tons better! i had to skip it yesterday because i was honestly just so sick i could barely get out of my bed to go to the restroom. but i think i made up for it with my intensity today! i’m sweating like crazy & i’m going to jump in the shower like… right now, but i was just so excited i thought i’d share. can’t wait to go buy my scales & measuring tape & new hand weights (hopefully) tomorrow! (: ok, shower time now.

ok, so, here’s the deal: my mom has agreed to let me plan out meals for the week. however, we don’t really have a lot of money so grocery shopping is definitely on a budget. so, i need some help thinking of some tasty, HEALTHY, recipes that won’t be too expensive to make. ideas? tips? anything?
just wondering what your opinions about it are because i definitely need to start running. (:
i was doing really good with eating healthier foods, working out, etc. the working out thing isn’t really a problem, however the food thing is kind of difficult for me. living with my parents and not having a job at the moment means that my mom does all our grocery shopping. sure, she doesn’t mind to pick up a few things for me, but even then i’m not really sure WHAT to buy, or even then, what to do with it. so, send me grocery lists & yummy new recipes to try because i’m getting really bored of oatmeal & peanut butter sandwiches. can you guys help?
i mean, i haven’t been hungry all morning, and it’s not like i ate a huge meal or anything last night. i dunno what it is but should i just wait til i get hungry to eat or make myself eat something now?
