my weight loss blog.

i feel tons better! i had to skip it yesterday because i was honestly just so sick i could barely get out of my bed to go to the restroom. but i think i made up for it with my intensity today! i’m sweating like crazy & i’m going to jump in the shower like… right now, but i was just so excited i thought i’d share. can’t wait to go buy my scales & measuring tape & new hand weights (hopefully) tomorrow! (: ok, shower time now.

i’m not sure exactly how many calories are burned for either of those, so if you know, please let me know! (: however, i feel like i did pretty good for today.

i have 5lbs weights which is what they use in the videos but i’m not sure if i’ll be able to keep up with that. so, if in the event that i need to start out with less weight, what should i do? should i use no weights? or use something smaller? if so, what could i use around the house besides actual weights because we don’t have any smaller ones?
